In charge of NMBP's quality policy, I am committed to implementing a pragmatic and unifying dynamic management system.

Since the participation and involvement of everyone is necessary, I will ensure that communication in the company allows each of us to know the requirements of our customers and to be informed of their level of satisfaction.

I will personally coordinate all the company's resources which will be mobilized in a process of continuous improvement in order to offer our customers technologically adapted solutions, at the best cost, to perpetuate & develop our commercial relationships.
